All estimates provided by Knoxcraft Industries are based on the assumed condition of the vehicle and standard labor times. Actual repair time may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition. Damaged, seized, or severely corroded parts may require additional labor or replacement components, which could result in extra charges for part extraction or component replacement.

Parts Pricing: Estimated parts costs are subject to supplier availability and may change without notice. Parts are billed at cost plus 10% to cover associated pick-up, delivery, and ordering expenses.

Price Adjustments: While every effort is made to honor the original estimate, prices are subject to change once work has begun. Should additional labor or parts be required that exceed the initial estimate, the customer will be notified for approval prior to proceeding.

Customer-Supplied Parts: Knoxcraft Industries will install customer-supplied parts upon request. However, the customer agrees to hold Knoxcraft Industries harmless in the event that supplied parts are defective, incorrect, or incompatible. In such cases, the customer remains responsible for all labor incurred up to the point of discovery, including if the customer elects to cancel the job after partial work has been performed.
